Andre's Confeserie Suisse
André and Elsbeth Bollier immigrated from Basel, Switzerland to Kansas City in June of 1955. A Master Konditor-Confiseur, André's goal was to open a typical Swiss Confiserie producing only the highest quality confections in the Swiss tradition.
